Healing isn’t linear. A step back doesn’t erase progress. Sometimes we return to old chapters so we can move forward with more clarity.
A low mood can be a reminder, not a punishment. Notice the feeling, then use it to remember why you changed.
I got plenty done, but it felt like sprinting through fog. Slowing down is the only way to see the progress already made.
Public transport takes longer, but the extra minutes are a gift. Time to think, read, or just sit. Not all delays are setbacks.
Instead of hiding in a phone while waiting, notice the sun, the people, and the world moving on. Not every pause needs filling.
A day off isn’t weakness. It’s repair. Rest isn’t the opposite of work, it’s what keeps you strong enough to keep showing up without burning out.
The past isn’t the point. What matters is the steps you’ve taken, the growth that carried you here, and the change along the way.
