Some things fall out of step with your life and aren't meant to come with you. Letting go hurts, but a clean hurt now beats dragging it for years.
We use "I was born this way" like a verdict. But everyone who changed had the same raw material. The starting line was never the problem.
Sometimes the biggest changes start with small fixes. Look closer… your next improvement might already be waiting.
Holding on for too long blocks new energy from flowing in. Letting go isn’t loss... it’s an invitation for the next chapter.
The past isn’t the point. What matters is the steps you’ve taken, the growth that carried you here, and the change along the way.
We often know when it’s time to move on. Fear and insecurity keep us stuck, but acting before regret builds is how we honour that knowing.
